Work-A-Thon. It’s when you go around asking sponsors how much they would pay an hour while you work around your community, like painting, building, placing new street signs… etc. Most big companies love for people to get involved in their community, and they get good attention if they help support the cause, therefore, they’d sponsor you. So start finding sponsors and you’ll make good money for your funds!
Get creative! Have a Battle of the Bands competition where students pay to get in and hear other bands. Host a dance. Have a March Madness bracket. Have a community Easter Egg hunt where parents pay to have their children participate (get the eggs and candy donated by a local store)
